Ashiana Housing limited was founded by shri om prkaksh gupta in 1979 with the dream to be a reputed and trusted builder among the real estate sector in India. Mr: Gupta came from the middle class family and pioneered to become a successful entrepreneur among the Indian housing sector. He is known for his uncompromising vision that develop and deliver peoples dream homes for their better living. He got his vision successful by an organised business that delivered and enhanced the lifestyle of peoples who bought ashiana housing products. There is no high rise buildings but there are homes where families lives. 

Since the foundation of ashiana housing, we are delivering homes to the middle class home buyers in their budgets with all amenities like – children’s play area, club house, club house, a calendar of all the social activities for all families. The builder won the budget apartments project of the year from NDTV profits in 2015 for Rangoli Gardens in Jaipur. Ashiana housing pioneered and took initiative for retire home movement in all over the India where all the retired persons could stay safe, enjoyable, active, and comfortable lives. Ashiana was the company who thought on needs over trends, peoples instead of company margins, and quality over quantity.

The Ashiana housing limited was born in 1979 in patna as an organised real estate builder in India. It started its operations in 1985 in Jamshedpur. After 7 years in 1992 it shifted head office into Delhi to start operations in Delhi-NCR. Its first project in Delhi-Ncr started in Bhiwadi, Haryana. In 1993 company was listed in BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). In 2005 the builder started 5 big projects in Delhi-NCR. Thereafter the builder started constructing projects in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Lavasa, and Gujarat. Company also listed in NSE (National Stock Exchange).
In order to scale the operations in India and to increase team size the Ashiana Housing Limited raised fund of 200 Cr. From Investors in 2014.
